"Very helpful staff and beautiful hotel. Everywhere the staff were incredibly helpful. I asked one employee how to dance to Bachata music and she gave me a tutorial right there! The gym was the nicest gym I've ever been to in a resort/hotel. Great experience!"

"The property and beach were stunning and well maintained. Room service did an amazing job cleaning our room everyday but our mini fridge was not restocked at all during the week. The service was just ok, some of the employees were rude to us and seemed like they did not want to help us out especially at the buffets. There were no servers at the pools or beach so you had to walk to the bar to get your drinks and the property is large so it was a lot of walking back and forth. Breakfast and lunch were not the greatest at the buffets I found most of my food was cold and bland. The à la carte dinners were much better but we were only given 5 reservations for a 7 day stay so 2 nights we had to settle for the buffet. The resort had a sewage smell near the pool, sports bar, and buffet which was not pleasant. It was definitely a relaxing resort but I would not say it is 5 star by any means. Food and service need to be better. Also the drinks seemed watered down by the pool we drank most of the day and barely felt buzzed. It was my first time in DR and we would definitely go back I would just choose a different resort with better food and service because those are very important aspects to a relaxing stay. Although the food was not the greatest we did not get sick from it which was a huge plus."

"Our group of 6 adults had an amazing 5 night stay at the villa. We loved the tropical decor and the layout of the home worked out perfectly for us. Everyone having their own bedroom and ensuite bathroom was wonderful! The furniture setup was great for lounging and dining indoors and outdoors with a large group. We loved having our own private pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe with it being a gated community with two checkpoints. We walked down to Yaque bar almost every night to have drinks on the sand. Overall, highly recommend this villa and it made our first visit to DR truly memorable!"

"Very, clean and modern place with pool and veranda. The host was a bit late giving us check in info basically whdn we were on the way to the apartment but his communication was better after. We lost power on the second day but he got it back after awhile. I wish there were more cooking supplies like oil and seasoning. There is a restaurant and store nearby. "

"We wanted 3 hours for an entry code. We had to find another hotel and the owner messages us the next day to stay they stopped renting it and it should not be listed. Disgusting from VRBO. Lost money no one cares "
