"Overall a good stay! great staff and helpful! plus is closeness to the city centre, mall road, we booked luxury rooms and had awesome forest and mountain view. Food is awesome. I recommend this."

Could be a great hotel with some tweaks
"Comfortable room, not a one minute walk to mall road. Room had no heating making it a bit cold in winter. Fantastic choice at breakfast. I was lucky to have a balcony however the taxi drivers use the road the balcony overlooked as an urinal."
