Helpful staff. Rooms are nicely appointed.

The room was very clean, and the concierge staff was beyond helpful. A beautiful place to stay.

Staff were very efficient and friendly. We got a complimentary 1pm checkout which was great as our flight wasn’t till 7:30pm. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Room was fantastic and the location was perfect. Great for eateries etc. Only negative was the drains in the bathroom had a continuous bad smell, especially when we turned on the shower and sink taps. Unfortunately this smell went through the whole room and was especially noticeable when coming in from a day outside. I will however definitely stay here if I come again.

The hotel is beautiful, cleaned with character & charm. The staff super helpful and kind and the location is in La Recoleta, nice area 10 or 11 blocks from the Obelisco. Breakfast was very good.

The room was perfect, including a great private balcony. There is a wonderful included breakfast and afternoon snacks. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was also superb
