"Elevators constantly not working over and over "

"The hotel is in a really good location (sheetz next door, walmart 5 mins away, etc.) It is quiet and has a lovely lobby and atrium area. The breakfast is fresh, delicious and has good options. The bathroom was a bit small/tight. The staff was very friendly and professional. Everyone was super nice. The pool was nice and humid. Very pretty with all the plants. Parking was safe. There is a $10 daily parking fee. The toiletries were good. My children had a great time. "

"We had two rooms. Room 512 had a nasty odor. It was very difficult to be in the room, let alone sleep. We kindly explained our situation to the front desk receptionist and she absolutely refused to change our room. We had not used the room or unpacked. She said the best she could do was have the maintenance man 'spray something'. She even told us that the hotel was not full but she could NOT offer us another room. We will never stay at Candlewood Suites again."

"You can’t find a please, thank you, or a clean towel in this place. Hand towels in the room had stains on them, metal lamps rusted, human hairballs, and sheet rock dust on the floor from a wall scrape as further proof that they BARELY clean the floors in between stays. I left a jacket in the room called back four hours after check out and they ‘threw it out’ already. I would say if you get what you pay for, but this was closely priced to other hotels. I’ve stayed at in the area and definitely on the bottom of "

"The house and host were wonderful! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, especially when it came to cooking. Josh was very communicative and welcoming throughout our stay. The property is located in a lovely, quiet community. Although we didn’t get to explore the area much, there seemed to be plenty to see and do nearby. We would definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast was great. Room was not clean we found 4 dirty washcloths in our room. One in the tub two beside the bathroom sink along with a bag of chips and a toothpick, and one shoved behind the clean towels. Clearly dirty with visible dirt and dust on them. Also the shade to the windows was broken and had to hang a sheet to block the window until it could be fixed. The staff was helpful and apologetic. "
