「The room was clean, modern and the electronic blackout shutters were appreciated. Check in and issue of electronic room keys was straightforward. The bistro downstairs was friendly and lively. 「First room we checked into had an additional bed which was shaking and wobbling . We had to move to another room due to this . The bathroom tap in the new room wasn’t working and showering was not possible because of this . Basic amenities are not present . Staff was very friendly and helped but the property needs to upgrade many things . It was not worth the price . 」

「Die Rezeption ist schwr zu ginden, da diese von einem anderen Hotel mit bearbeitet wird. Dort wurde dann allerdings freundlich geholfen. Das 3 Personen Zimmer ist klein und hatte kein wlan. Die Klimaanlage istvin einer Nische verbaut und kühlt somit nur einen kleinen Teil des Zimmers. 「The property was great. We had beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Breakfast by Alfredo was delicious and he also serve as our valet and helped with our luggage to our car down the stairs. I did not realize how many stairs there were to get to the building. The only thing I disliked was the faucet in the bathroom. It made a mess. It was unique but made it difficult to wash face and brush teeth. Overall it was beautiful. Suzanna was fantastic.」
