"very dirty and we found bed bugs. The only window was closed and cannot be opened so that the air inside was so bad that we asked to.change the room ,BUT we are told all are the same. TERRIBLE NIGHT !"

"The breakfast was wonderful and kept stocked and clean. Front office staff was welcoming and kind. There was a snafu with our reservation and they were helpful and apologetic. The room itself left a lot to be desired. There was leftover food under the pull outcouch, the corners of the room were dirty and had pieces of the drywall on the floor. The chair was stained with something orange and flipping the cushion didn't make much of a difference. Overall, breakfast and the staff (front desk and breakfast attendant) made this stay good. The room could've used some TLC."
