There is one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, plus a balcony facing the street. In addition, there is a small room with a wardrobe and a workspace.
The living room, featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the street, is equipped with a smart TV and a sofa bed.
The kitchen includes an island open to the living room. It is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, toaster, etc.
The apartment is located in a historic city-center building, fully renovated, on the second floor without an elevator.

–Historic Center:
Set in a renovated historic building on one of Málaga’s best-known central streets, surrounded by numerous local shops. Just a three-minute walk away is the Plaza de Uncibay area, with several supermarkets and plenty of shops and restaurants. Plaza de la Merced, the Picasso Museum, and the famous Calle Larios are only a seven-minute walk away.
–Getting around:
It’s just steps from all the monuments and museums, and only seven minutes on foot from Calle Larios. There are also supermarkets, fashion stores, and popular restaurants nearby. It’s easy to reach from the airport and from the main bus and train stations.
–Things to note:
This is a tourist accommodation that meets Olédays’ EcoFriendly certification requirements and has been awarded the WeRespect certification.
IMPORTANT: The apartment is located in a 1910 building, on the second floor with no elevator. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
IMPORTANT: The street is busy, especially on weekends and holidays, and can be a bit noisy.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the building’s common areas, but is allowed on the balconies.
ARRIVAL: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. We do our best to accommodate guests at whatever time they need, upon request.
PETS: Pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for the animal’s welfare and any damage they may cause. House and community rules must be followed. A €20 fee per pet per stay will be charged, as we must perform a special cleaning for guests with allergies. We can provide a pet bed and feeding bowls upon request.
