"WE WERE NOT LET IN THE HOTEL DESPITE THE RESERVATION. THEY SAID THEY WERE ALREADY FULLY BOOKED SINCE FEBRUARY. GUESTS WERE ALREADY TIRED FROM WORKING THE WHOLE DAY. IF THEY WERE ALREADY FULLY BOOKED , THEN THE ONLINE RESERVATION SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE."
