The village of Majaelrayo, about 90 'from Madrid, is one of the most beautiful enclaves of Black Architecture. Here you will discover an exceptional place surrounded by mountains and wild nature where culture and nature coexist in harmony.

The Rural House Callejón de la Gata is a unique house, which we rent in full to groups of up to 17 people for stays of two or more nights. The House is very large (320 m²) and is distributed over 3 floors:

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with fireplace, a large independent dining room, a fully equipped kitchen-island and a toilet.
On the first floor you will have five rooms with double bed and bathroom.
The last floor is an attic consisting of living room, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom.
Outside there is a front patio with barbecue and a back garden with salt water pool.

Perfecto

Hemos viajado la pasada semana santa un grupo de 14 personas con niños, la casa es perfecta con grandes espacios en la planta baja para poder disfrutar en los diferentes ambientes el salon comodisimo con muchos sofas, la cocina-comedor super amplia y bien equipada, y los dormitorios geniales cada uno con su baño lo que hace la estancia muy comoda. El entorno y la ubicación de la casa genial, con un arroyuelo que hay que cruzar para poder entrar en la vivienda que le da mucho encanto. Por lo tanto, todo perfecto, para repetir.... eso sí, probablemente en verano para poder disfrutar de la piscina....

Casa genial para grupos grandes

Hemos estado este fin de semana y nos ha encantado la casa !. Tiene espacios muy amplios ideales cuando se junta un grupo grande. No le falta ningún detalle. Por decir algo menos bueno, las persianas, que no tapan mucho y entra mucha luz en las habitaciones. Tendremos que ir en veranito a probar la piscina. Gracias Teresa!

FIN DE SEMANA INMEJORABLE

Desde el primer contacto IN MEJORABLE todo mejor de lo que esperábamos. hemos estado quince adultos y cuatro niños, además de nuestro Pastor Alemán. Todos como si fuera nuestra casa, a todo confor. Sin duda intentaremos volver. Una pega nos faltaron 10 centímetros de nieve, pero creo que eso no se le puede achacar a los propietarios. ENHORABUENA POR LA CASA Y MUCHAS GRACIAS

Entorno y casa agradable - Buena equipación

Somos un grupo de 5 familias con niños. Aquí va nuestra valoración sobre este alojamiento, en el que estuvimos del 19 al 21 de junio 2015: En general la opinión es buena, la casa es amplia, confortable y con mucho menaje, toallas y mobiliario. El entorno es muy bonito, tanto el pueblo, como los alrededores. Quizá un poco remoto y aislado. Sobre la casa, a destacar: Aspectos positivos: - Amplia, con estancias grandes y bien distribuida. - Mucho menaje y mobiliario. - Entorno tranquilo, agradable, fresco por las noches y sin coches. Aspectos negativos: - Echamos en falta un poco de limpieza en general. Tuvimos que limpiar a conciencia el horno y la barbacoa antes de poder utilizarlos. Estaban sin limpiar desde su(s) último(s) uso(s). - Instalación eléctrica muy deficiente. Cables que pasan pegados a rodapiés o por detrás de las puertas, cables empalmados en clemas al aire... y algunas al alcance de los niños. - Gotera importante de una de las duchas, que desagüaba directamente en medio de la cocina. Lo que inutilizó la ducha de esa habitación. - Las persianas son viejas, de enrollar, dejan pasar demasiada luz. - Mobiliario de jardín y piscina viejo, destartalado y roto.

OTRO FIN DE AÑO DE DIEZ

Hemos pasado cinco días magníficos en la casa rural El Callejón de la Gata, del 27 de diciembre al 1 de enero. Las fotos no hacen justicia a los espacios y una vez dentro todo es más grande de lo que parece. Éramos cinco matrimonios y todos los “cachorros” (algunos ya adultos), un total de 18. Los chicos se adueñaron del apartamento del segundo piso y los matrimonios nos repartimos las habitaciones. No hubo problema de espacios, ni para comer, pues el comedor tiene hueco para todos. La casa es cálida e incluso por la noche hay que bajar la calefacción para no achicharrarte bajo los edredones. La zona estupenda para hacer rutas e incluso subirte algún pico que otro, como el Ocejón. El pueblo tranquilo y silencioso. Además cuenta con un Mesón, El Jabalí, donde se come muy bien y a buen precio e incluso un Pub, Contrabajo, que abre hasta en fin de año. El único inconveniente, no achacable a la casa, es que los suministros de viandas, no están cerca y hay que estar pendiente de encargar el pan al panadero de Tamajón o irte de compras a Cogolludo, a unos tres cuartos de hora en coche, donde por cierto tienen una carne excelente. Recomiendo el “somarro”, en la carnicería Frías. Por lo demás, Teresa, nuestra casera, siempre ha estado atenta a nuestras necesidades, que han sido mínimas, pues la casa tiene de todo. Conclusión final: altamente recomendable.

Un rincón fantástico

Sin duda los grandes fines de semana los hacen las personas con las que vas, pero una casa bien acondicionada ayuda mucho, y esta es una opción muy recomendable para pasar un fin de semana. Hemos estado cinco familias con una prole bastante grande de niños, y tanto los peques como los mayores hemos estado genial.

NOS ENCANTO EL CALLEJON DE LA GATA Y VOLVEMOS

FUIMOS UN GRUPO DE 4 FAMILIAS CON NIÑOS Y TODOS TODOS ESTUVIMOS MUY A GUSTO, LA CASA ES MUY BONITA DOTADA DE TODO LO NECESARIO PARA SENTIRNOS SUPER COMODOS, TODAS LAS INSTANCIAS DE LA CASA ESTAN EQUIPADAS CON EL MINIMO DETALLE Y TANDO GRANDES COMO CHICOS LOS DISFRUTAMOS. EL ENTORNO NATURAL ES PRECIOSO , CON MUCHISIMA TRANQUILIDAD. NOS HA GUSTADO TANTO Y NOS SENTIMOS TAN BIEN QUE REPETIREMOS MUY PRONTO NUESTRA VISITA Y CON MAS AMIGOS PORQUE SABEMOS QUE ES EL LUGAR IDEAL PARA ESCAPARNOS. casa muy confortable ideal para pasar un fin de semana de relax

la casa magnifica , muy limpia , el paraje excepcional, junto a un arroyo , ideal para descansar y pasar un buen fin de semana, un salon muy acogedor con su chimenea en una ambiente muy calido para estar con los amigos. Las habitaciones geniales muy espaciosas y con su servicio , todo muy limpio , colchones ideales para dormir.. Un saludo especial para la propietaria Tere , fue muy agradable su compañia . Volveremos pronto nos encanto y esa piscina la tendremos que probar cuando este mejor el tiempo , jajaj,
