Shaun and Angelica were so friendly, accomodated an earlier check in, and gave the boys plenty of animal feed! Only a 10min drive from Windsor Castle and Legoland, so perfect for our trip! "Room was big, paid for a runway view and was on 2nd floor, only had a view of the road and an underground station. Could not see runway. Pool hours are restricted for kids. Not ideal for late afternoon check in. Pool area is very dark. Hot tub was warm not hot. Soundproofed room was very good especially being next to a busy road."

"Always reliable, parking £18 per 24 hours, ten minutes to T5 via the pod (£8.25). Clean and comfortable rooms, if internally a bit tired. Deluxe rooms have Nespresso machines in though this year they have stopped the two bottles of water they used to give. Staff always friendly and helpful, departures board in the lobby which has recently been refreshed and looks good. Food in the aviator bar is tasty although priced as you would expect for an airport hotel. That said Maccies and the Shell garage are less than five minutes away, and you can pop over to premier inn if you fancy their breakfast instead. I stay here all the time and have never found a good reason to stay anywhere else. Accessible straight from the motorway there’s always parking, I can park up, get a code for the pod, pod it to t5, get through security and be at the gate or with a beer within 35 mins so realistically I know if I’m at thistle an hour and a quarter before scheduled take off I’m going to be fine. That only works for t5 though, obvs."

"The handicap room needs updating to accommodate disabilities- the shower heads allow water to spread everywhere and could cause slippage for the disabled and anyone with them. We requested a different room and it was the same. Very slow service in both bars."

"I enjoyed staying at the hotel because of the convenience to the airport and public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of hot and cold items to choose from. The front desk staff happily provided us with train directions for our daily outings. Great hotel!"

"Rooms were clean and more or less well maintained. Room service was surprising quick given the time it said it would arrive… in about half that time that was said I received what I ordered. I was late getting back for check out. And the lady at the front desk was more than accommodating for my lateness getting back due to traffic and let me do a late checkout. I recommend."
