"We had an amazing stay at the Emerald Mansion Hotel in Istanbul in April 2026. The staff goes out of their way to help in any way they can such as scheduling taxi rides based on your needs. Wonderful hotel to stay at as there are shops everywhere and attractions within walking distance. I rate them a solid 10/10 without exception!!"

"Great location, friendly staff. Cleaning of the room was great, high standard and lovely cleaning lady. Breakfast choices limited for us personally. Mindful of the level of noise from outside traffic depending on the room. A/C was temperamental and had to keep the door open at night hence all the noise from outside being an issue. Would recommend staying if you want good clean room and perfect location."
