We were initially booked in the annex building, but the hotel graciously accommodated us with a room in a different building late at night, which we truly appreciated. The spa was delightful, and even our walk-in experience without a prior booking was fantastic. The spa staff were welcoming, respectful, and incredibly helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location is another huge plus, with easy access to major attractions, popular sites, and nightlife. You really can't go wrong staying here! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely book this hotel again on our next visit to the city. Highly recommended!"

"The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Great shower too! Location is excellent for visiting the sights in the Sultanahmet area, but a few steps away from the most crowded areas. I have one complaint: 3 days into our 4 day stay, they told us that breakfast is not included and we would have to pay for breakfast going forward. I showed them the confirmation from hotels.com clearly said "breakfast included"; they showed me the printout from their system that said "room only". I pointed out that it's their responsibility to ensure the information on hotels.com is accurate, not mine. They never apologized. Otherwise I had a great stay. One other note: the hotel is probably not suitable for people with accessibility needs. Entering requires going down a flight of stairs. After that their is an elevator, but it is extremely small."
