"Nice neighborhood, good parking, very clean and comfortable. Bunk bed was reasonably comfortable, larger bed was OK but different from what I'm used to. "We really enjoyed our stay at the mini ranch! The property is very private and dead quiet, but still very close to downtown Montrose. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and more, the covered parking was an added bonus, and the vibe of the place was quaint and relaxing! We loved the shade of the front porch and the hummingbirds that came to visit regularly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others."
