「The welcoming team upon arrival (especially Lusna already started my overall positive experience at this hotel. The receptionists were not only friendly but also chatty and funny (which I personally like!). They kept my luggage till my room was ready. Meanwhile I explored the grounds of this nicely landscaped property with lots of blossoming flowers, wide paths, various hotel buildings, the pool and the beach area.
