「We arrived at our destination at check in time 3pmThe owners were still at the house it was disgusting. Tried to tell me we didn’t check in but had all the details on my phone, said her internet was playing up. Found the whole process a little disturbing. Where is the backup from stayz where we booked through. This property should be taken off the rental market as I feel we are a cash train and no way to get our money back. The pictures do not reflect this property. 」

「クイーンベット1台、シングルベット2台、リビングのソファーがクイーンベットに変えられます。法規定員は不明ですが最大8名は入れそう。5名以上は追加料金なんだと思います。前はビーチ、後は圧巻のキャッスルロック。ベランダも蚊等出なかったので素晴らしいです。海は泳げますが、グレートバリアの特色なのか沿岸は赤土が混ざってミルキーな感じでした。タオル交換は1週間1回でここは絶対譲れないようなので、使用後は庭の物干しで干すといいです。」

「The hotel was clean and well-designed and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in & out process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel). 」
