"Really lovely house right on the beach close to anything we could need! It rained during some of our stay so the covered pool was a nice place to retreat to instead of getting rained on the beach. "

"This is a great property. Jon is an amazing host. When we arrived, the power was out due to some weather related issues. The owner had an electrician come right out to the house to assist. Great service. "

"Primarily the property was fine. The location was perfect the living space was perfect and overall we had a really good time. However there were several issues that should be addressed by the owner. The overall appearance of the property was nice. But the house itself needs some TLC. Lots of little things however distracted from the experience. The property needs some TLC in maintenance, painting and wallpaper, even kitchen appliances. Most of it was relatively minor mostly just distracting. However one major problem appeared on the night we were preparing to leave the next day. The downstairs rooms had some serious mold problems that did not appear initially but became apparent when stripping the beds. We reported this to the office via email but have not heard anything as of yet. The upstairs was fine but the downstairs rooms need to be addressed quickly."
