The staff was friendly, we enjoyed the free bicycles at the hotel to ride around old town. The pool area was small and mostly in the shade all day

The hotel has very nice and spacious rooms. Just be aware that if you are a light sleeper there is some noise from a bar at the front of the building at night. A room at the rear of the hotel is possibly a option for you

Great room. Friendly staff, great bed, nice washroom and shower. Included breakfast was made to order - looked and tasted great. Free exercise program (oh those stairs :) )

I was really impressed with Smile Lanna their hospitality is top tier and their breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from. Rooms were very clean and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are large and beautiful with every detail so well thought out. The pool is fabulous and the staff also beautiful and so kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The location is fantastic near so many sites and just off Sunday walking street. Many great places to eat and drink nearby Such a great value. I loved my stay and would highly recommend. I definitely plan on staying my next trip to chiang Mai.
