Una joya de lugar, con una ubicación extraordinaria donde caminando a menos de 15 o 20 minutos puedes ir a todos los atractivos de Madrid. Estás al lado del JW Marriott y el Four Seasons pero a una fracción del precio de esos hoteles de lujo. Las habitaciones muy aceptables y espaciosas , y las instalaciones y el restaurant muy convenientes. Es la.mejor relación calidad - precio de Madrid con sobretodo la mejor ubicación a unos 100 metros de la Plaza del Sol. El único inconveniente es el ruido en la noche del sábado y domingo ya que Madrid está de fiesta hasta altas horas ,pero las ventanas de doble cristal aislan razonablemente el ruido y se puede dormir bien. un excelente lugar muy recomendable para familias, parejas o negocios .y las vistas son impresionantes desde las ventanas de la habitación .

The location is central to Sol, Plaza España. Beautiful, luxury hotel with great staff, service. Fantastic rooftop terrace tapas bar and amazing restaurant with wonderful views of the Gran Via.

Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Beautiful property. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into town, but a very safe walk even in the evenings. Great pool area. Reception and staff very helpful and courteous.
