This apartment is rented seasonally for medium or short stays, but only in accordance with the LAU regulation as "non-residential use," and tourist rentals are not allowed. Instead, the rental must be for work/personal/family reasons, etc. The tenant must reside outside Madrid and must not make this apartment their permanent residence (it will be their temporary residence), nor register at this address.

Upon entering the property, the living room unfolds as an open and inviting space, furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing or hosting informal meetings. The open‑concept kitchen, separated by a stylish island, is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and functional stay.

From the living room, you can step out onto the impressive 40 m² terrace, a unique outdoor area featuring sun loungers, an exterior dining space, and a lounge area with sofas—perfect for enjoying Madrid’s climate throughout the year.

The first bedroom is located next to the entrance and is accessed via two steps. It is equipped with two single beds measuring 90x200 cm.
The main bedroom, positioned at the end of the hallway, features a 180x200 cm double bed, a walk‑in closet, and a dedicated workspace, as well as direct access to the apartment’s bathroom. The bathroom, also accessible from the living room, includes both a shower and a bathtub.

The penthouse is set in a quiet residential area bordering Madrid’s historic centre, and benefits from excellent transport connections thanks to the proximity of major metro and train stations.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
