When I arrived in Madrid, I discovered that my reservation had been canceled. If you don't check in within the first 24 hours, they cancel your booking and keep your money. I was left stranded on the streets of Madrid in the middle of the night. They didn't offer to get me another room or resolve the situation. Their customer service was incredibly disrespectful. I tried several times to get my money back, but they kept telling me there was nothing they could do. I paid for 8 nights and received nothing in return. In the end, after multiple difficult attempts, they agreed to refund my stay. However, by then, I had already decided to leave Madrid. They ruined my summer holiday. Stay away from this hotel.

Il letto era leggermente piccolo per due persone. Inoltre, c’era polvere sotto al letto e credo ci fossero le cimici dei letti, poichè abbiamo passato le notti a rigirargi e ad avere prurito. Abbiamo quindi esaminato prima di fare il check out e sulle lenzuola abbiamo trovato delle macchie nere tipiche dei loro escrementi. Sarebbe da fare un controllo, anche se a posteriori ho visto recensioni anche di altri inquilini precedenti che avevano segnalato lo stesso nostro problema… non risolto, mi pare. Questo dettaglio ha sicuramente rovinato la permanenza, creandoci non pochi problemi, poichè con le cimici dei letti c’è sempre il rischio di portarsele a casa!! Senza questo disguido sarebbe stata sicuramente una permanenza molto piacevole visto che le stanze sono arredate con molto gusto, fornite di tutto il necessario e collocate in una posizione perfetta!
