Feel right at home in this spacious 92 square meter unique property inspired by the grassland in the heart of Madrid. Perched at the top of Retiro Park lies Madrid's Goya district, where guests can enjoy an upscale and lush escape from the hustle and bustle of the center city. After a long day of exploring, come home to Monda to experience unique design.

As well as 2 bedrooms, all of which are fully furnished, Monda also boasts 2 bathrooms, which have been elegantly decorated. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, a dedicated workstation to make sure you never miss a beat, and access to a personal terrace, complete with fake grass, a lounge chair, and sitting area. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, an exposed wood wall, and a large window. Both bathrooms are both chic and functional in design.

Light streams into the living room from the large windows. When it gets hot in the summer, there is air conditioning in all rooms of Monda for maximum comfort. There is a full entertainment system, a dedicated workstation, and a rustic table for enjoying meals. The exposed wood and dried grass decorations bring the grassland theme to life. The kitchen looks out into the living room and is complete not only with all appliances, but also utensils. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
