The hotel has great location with very reasonable price! Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel manager was very professional and friendly as well as other staffs. I will stay there again if I go back to Madrid, Spain again!

The hotel is in a good location near lots of nice bars and restaurants. Plenty of shopping nearby too. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. There is no bar in the hotel but there are plenty on your doorstep.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The hotel was so central, so close to lots of things. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Every staff member went out of their way to make our holiday a memorable one. The room was like home away from home. Great value breakfast with excellent assortment of food.

Central location with walk distance to mayor attractions , bar and restaurants. Nice staff and good buffet (for extra cost). Taxi service available and next to four seasons resort. Well recommended.

The hotel was great and the staff so helpful! My only problem-not their fault- was people on the street sometimes shouting drunkenly in the middle of the night (but maybe that happens throughout the city?).

Excellent location

The location is excellent, 200m from the main town square and the same amount in the other direction from the main town street Gran Via. The rooms are not claustrophobically small, but they are not big either. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. If you like to watch YouTube or Netflix on TV, unfortunately you won't be able to because they are not smart TVs and the selection of programs is the same as in any hotel - uninteresting to watch. I stayed in this hotel 7-8 years ago and nothing has changed so replacing the TV would be an improvement that doesn't cost to much.

The staff was exceptionally helpful with any questions and requests. We had to ask for an electric kettle and return it at the end of our stay which was fine, but I think of it as something that should just be there in every room. The service at breakfast was only satisfactory - the table setting was incomplete and the coffee options seemed limited. Again, the overall impression was highly positive with the staff at the desk helpful in explaining how to get to places by foot, making taxi reservations, and with any question we had. We were able to check in upon arrival because an available room had just been cleaned although we arrived at 10:00 AM.
