This newly renovated studio is located just minutes from Cerro del Tío Pío Park, a green space that offers peace and open views. It also has excellent connections to the center of Madrid, thanks to the nearby Nueva Numancia metro station.
Perfect for a stay in Madrid, whether for work or study, the studio accommodates 2 people and features a double bed and a wardrobe to store your belongings.
The space is designed to make you feel at home, with a fully equipped kitchen including a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, and all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite meals.
You’ll also find a TV to relax and enjoy your favorite shows or movies after a long day of work or study.
A cleaning kit with laundry detergent is included, as well as bed linen, towels, shower gel, and shampoo.
The bathroom is fully equipped and functional, ready to meet all your needs during your stay.

HOW TO GET AROUND
The apartment is located 200 meters from line 1, which offers direct connection to the center of Madrid.From the airport: take bus 200 at T2, stop 3542, get off at Avenida de América-Parque Avenidas. In Avenida de América you should take line 6 and get off at pacífico station, from there, take line 1 towards Valdecarros and get off at Nueva Numancia, the apartment is 200 meters away from Nueva Numancia station.
From Chamartín station:take line 1 towards Valdecarros, which goes directly to the apartment, and get off at Nueva Numancia. From there, walk 200 meters to the apartment.
From Atocha station:you must take line 1 direction Valdecarros, which goes directly to the apartment, and get off at Nueva Numancia, there, you must walk 200 meters to the address of the apartment.
If you arrive by car, I recommend that you check the website of the city council of Madrid, because depending on your vehicle and your sticker you may be affected by different restrictions.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
