Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.It was inaugurated in March 2024.The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, it features AEROTHERMIA renewable energy and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.

Great place to stay in Madrid. Had everything our family needed for a few days trip. The apartment is newly refurbished and very clean, super helpful host. And the location is the best! Right in the centre of Madrid, easy walking distance to all the sites, and just off the main road, so nice and quiet at night.

The apartment was very clean, bigger than expected and when you walked in, it felt like a sweet little home. The location was very central and yet it was very quiet in the apartment due to the small side street and well-insulated windows. The hosts were always available and very nice.

An excellent experience - comfortable, well located, historic

Comfortable, well equipped apartment in a newly refurbished building, close to tourist sites but not in a touristy area. We felt like we were part of a friendly community going about its daily life - the area was once Madrid&#39s transport hub and is full of history and is well-known for its excellent tapas bars. If you open the windows you can enjoy the atmosphere, and if you close them, it&#39s very quiet inside. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Excellent communication from the hosts, who have paid close attention to small details that enhance the experience that were much appreciated. We arrived in Madrid early in the morning and stored our luggage 50m from our apartment at Lock & Be Free using a discount code from our hosts. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Cavabaja Suites! The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. The property itself is beautiful, stylish and very well maintained. Check-in was seamless, and we were impressed with the efficiency and warmth of the process. Fantastik beliggenhed og virkelig dejlig lejlighed der er nyrenoveret. Moderne og så alligevel meget charmerende. Vi havde stor gavn af informationer sendt til os før opholdet og følte os “set” at Raquel, der var i jævnlig kontakt med os på WhatsApp. God rum udnyttelse og fine køkken faciliteter. Fredelige omgivelser og så bor man alligevellige midt i et område, med masser af lokal atmosfære og et stort udbud af spisesteder, barer og butikker. I gåafstand til mange attraktioner feks Palacio Real. Vi håber at kunne komme tilbage til Madrid og denne lejlighed. -

Thank you very much! We loved the apartment. We would definitely stay with you again! The welcome was lovely, the wine, chocolates and water were a great suprise. It was very easy to check in and get into the apartment. The organising of a taxi is very helpful. La Latina is my favourite area of Madrid, so much to do in walking distance. We love Madrid and we will look to return again!
