Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and small park. Lovely creek in back. Floors were cold but it was in low 30s

We were able to celebrate early Christmas with some of our children and grandchildren without running all over town. A wonderful bonus to be allowed guests. Cozy, comfortable, so much to look at just inside the home. Excellent communication!
