Place was ok for the price. Not the cleanest. Staff was nice. Went to front desk to get bedding for pullout sofa and they did not have any pillows to provide, which did not make sense. We were able to get extra sheets to cover the stains on thr sofa which was a plus. Breakfast was good.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was fairly clean, but the couch cushions were dirty. The tub floor felt squishy like the floor was rotten. The breakfast was ok.

My daughter forgot her purse in the breakfast area. We discovered it after being on the road for 11/2 hours. We called and someone had turned it in and they saved it at the front desk. It took a very honest person to do that. Everything from the nice bed to the fresh breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was a little worn. Issue with design in bathrooms that has the water shooting out on to the floors (happened in several of our rooms) during showers. One of our party had a ceiling leak in their bathroom from the room above.

Our room was average, the bathroom was dated and had some meldew. The check in fellow was very friendly helpful and just down right nice. The hot tub has been out of service for months. Omg, breakfast attendant was Extremely rude and the breakfast was horrid. The biscuits were at least two days old and cold. The sausage was just barley done and eggs were nasty too. As someone with diabetes i do not eat all the carb filled items. We booked this hotel for the hot tub and breakfast.

The room was average- the furniture seemed run down (lots of wear marks on coffee table, missing closet door handle, etc. The beds felt comfortable, however the room was advertised to sleep 6, but no extra pillows or bedding for the pullout couch in the room or closet. We were excited to use the pool area, but it seemed a bit neglected and dirty, and the hot tub was broken- no water in it and the hot tub area was cautioned off. The hotel has a free breakfast, but the quality of the eggs/ sausage and potatoes were not good at all.

First the double charged me for the room, even tho I had already paid through Expedia. They said It didn’t show even tho I had a confirmation and paid for insurance. Then, our room was dirty and the pullout bed had some really really bad stains (looked like blood). They gave us another room, which unfortunately didn’t look any better, unfortunately they didn’t have any more rooms available for us so my kids had to sleep on 3 sheets and 2 blankets. If it wasn’t for us being in a car for 12 hours we would have left. We were all exhausted. I do NOT recommend this hotel!!

The room was very nice and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good also.
