"The house itself was beautiful and the host along with the housekeeper were very responsive. The pool was not heated as indicated in description. We enjoyed freshly baked bread the host provided during our stay. The bathroom sometimes had a sewer smell and required us to open and air the house out. They will be correcting the plumbing issue that resulted in fresh water flow from the toilet during our stay. They were very responsive in the clean up. "

"It’s a lovely resort with excellent facilities, but there were aspects of our stay that didn’t live up to expectations. We were staying in a Preferred Club townhouse. A really nice property, but barely any wi-fi which caused some problems. Ok, we’re on holiday but you should expect decent wi-fi. There were also some service issues. The staff were all working hard and they were always friendly, but they were understaffed in parts of the resort which meant slow service. Contrast that with the à la carte restaurants where we were rushed through in no time. You barely had any time to finish a course before the next one arrived! My wife had someone clicking their fingers at them to encourage her to speed up! That’s unacceptable. It’s a shame as the resort has all the ingredients to be a truly 5 star resort. The location is great, the facilities impressive and the food and drink overall was very good. Hopefully Hyatt will invest and deal with some of these issues. It’s the details that matter."

"Hotel was fantastic,staff very friendly make you feel very welcome,breakfast excellent,roof top pool and main pool very clean great atmosphere. Rooms modern and air conditioned,The food in the hotel restaurant was fantastic and lots of choice salmon dish and the crème brûlée is a must try ,Definitely recommend and would not hesitate to return all in all we had a great stay here."

"Went at 11am to check in and was told the check in was at 2 pm (on Expedia it said 11. ) After waiting we got a room with 1 bed instead of 2 double beds, Due to a cancellation we were able to get a bigger room with 2 beds. The other issue was that there was no A/C. It would have been great if they had a portable/ standing fan for the summer. It was hot with no breeze. Also it would have been helpful if it was informed on the booking sites. There was construction/remodeling above us and they were working while we were there and it was loud. Parking was also an issue nothing nearby. Breakfast was ok. On the positive note the view was nice and the rooms were clean."
