Excellent all around. Great in every way.

One of the best hotels in New Zealand. I would give it seven stars. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious and very luxurious. La carte breakfast was excellent. Mini bar was well stocked. It felt like home away from home.

Amazing view (room 11). Staff were excellent and helpful, room was clean and had everything you need.

The location is great and the views are excellent BUT this location needs to tell people that there is no elevator. Carrying 2 50lb bags up five floors was not the high point of our trip. Also, internet was interrupted several times a day. We had a clean and comfortable bed but our room was small. Had to put one bag one the kitchen counter and the other across the end table as there was not enough room on the floor.

The apartment has a good view. Pleasant. The mattresses are very soft compared to those in most hotels. The lock up garage can comfortably park a small car, and it has just enough space for a medium sized car. Overall good. Thank you.
