Beautiful hotel with stunning views of Queenstown. Incredible staff who make you feel extremely welcome and special. Only complaint is the hotel is currently undergoing major works with construction running during our stay between 7-6pm which was not disclosed when booking. We are quite an easy going couple so wasn’t a big turn off for us but I can imagine for some this would be very problematic and some of the works meant needing to access an alternative entrance up a steep hill. In saying this the hotel did go above and beyond with providing complimentary services. Would recommend this hotel especially once they have finished their works.

Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets!

Cozy, clean, amazing breakfast.

The location is great and the views are excellent BUT this location needs to tell people that there is no elevator. Carrying 2 50lb bags up five floors was not the high point of our trip. Also, internet was interrupted several times a day. We had a clean and comfortable bed but our room was small. Had to put one bag one the kitchen counter and the other across the end table as there was not enough room on the floor.
