Lots of issues. Check in took more than 3 hours. Manager then promised to make it up by not charging the resort fee but I had to ask for it to be taken off my bill at the end. Breakfast took an hour and twenty minutes. I couldn't even reach them in the morning to find out status.
Even though the property was nice I feel that the level of service has declined. Somewhat disappointed

The hotel is new and beautiful. It is quite far from all the Vegas action. Staff is very pleasant.
Efficiency at the promenade restaurants is poor. It takes a very long time to receive what is supposed to be quick meals.
The fine dining was ok. Prices were reasonable considering the portions were very large. None of the meals were exceptional though.
Our room was nice but for 4 nights, housekeeping only came one day. We repetitively had to ask for more towels and to change our garbage. Even when we activated the service room light, they did not service the room.
The casino is dead so don’t expect excitement there.
Very few shops are open in the resort.
We decided to try this hotel because of the good room rates being offered and we were there for business not Vegas excitement. But we will not go back. I would be surprised if this resort lasts.

The casinos on the strip all allow smoking and there is no non-smoking section so they all smell horrible. Even just walking through a casino on my way to somewhere else, my eyes would start stinging and I'd feel a headache coming on. I know it's Vegas, but still I was surprised and disappointed that these beautiful lavish hotels don't seem to care about indoor air quality or the dangers of second hand smoke.
