"Great hotel very close to main attractions, with spacious rooms and an excellent staff. (Special thanks to Ivailo who made our stay especially memorable with his willingness to help and his wonderful sense of humor.) As a bonus, the hotel also contains the largest collection of contemporary Bulgarian art--there's fabulous art everywhere, the lobby, hallways, individual rooms, breakfast area, everywhere. "The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back."
