"The views from the room were spectacular, loved how it is right next to everything. Didn’t need to take my car out of valet, the front desk was so sweet and kind. Didn’t get to really try anything food wise would love if there was more of a verity of food within the property. I was able to try a drink an espresso martini which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are someone who loves doing things out in Miami."

"Countertop in the room was dirty – especially under the coffee machine. There were stains on the counter. The clocks in the room were wrong and could not be reset. The coffee machine did not work. When I arrived, the refrigerator was not on probably due to a power outage. The television screen was not working properly. I did not complain because I was only staying one night for a concert– and it wasn’t worth the time because the front desk was busy and so was I! The last time I stayed at this hotel it was wonderful. So I was a bit disappointed."

". There was no restaurant as advertised or literally any way to get any type of food or snacks, which surprised us. The spa wasn’t working. No pool bar as advertised although the pool was nice. The location to the Kaseya center was great but parking was very challenging, especially when we didn’t have any direction. Regarding our particular unit, it was very clean and had some nice amenities like a refrigerator kitchen area, but it didn’t have a chair to sit on?! I thought we rented a queen size bed, but this was a full size. "
