This was the best place to stay for the money I paid. I mean it was really great, no one bothering, a quiet nice place and really nice views. I got Bayside to walking distance and so many places to get everything i needed, Just loved the place. Thank you

The room was very clean. I can't complain about anything. The room was up to my expectations. I had no problems with my stay. The bed was so comfortable. I felt safe .Everything was in walking distance as far as shopping and eating spots. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. This will be my vacation spot. Thanks to hotel hospitality for making my stay wonderful

The hotel, room and accommodation was superb as was the location in Downtown Miami being close to Bayside and the fanzone. The pool and facilities are also excellent but the service at the pool bar was a bit inconsistent. While not the hotels fault, there was a lot of building going on around it which impacted the stay slightly in terms of the views (my room/balcony looked straight onto it) and the general ambience around the roof top pool. I would definitely still return to stay at the Elser Hotel despite this and plan to return with my family in the future.

Very spacious room and best location in the city. When travel with family, this can be taken as second home. We booked 2 bedrooms apartment and it came with THREE bathrooms, in living room and in each bedroom! Next time we go to Miami, we will stay here again. Just wish this kind of service available in each big city in Europe and USA. 😊

Listing does not mention that whenever someone in the building runs water the room will sound like a train horn. This happened consistently for us, 2am wake ups that lasted 20 30 minutes of this noise. Also apartment was surfaced cleaned. Walking around our feet turned back and so much hair that wasn’t ours. Mngt from the app guesty was zero help with the noise, offered to move us to another room where the same noise was happening or a room clean. Neither of those would solve being woken up and kept awake by the water pipe noise. Overall good location and hotel building was great and so was the pool. Just the individual unit needs some help or at least some notice that you won’t be sleeping well

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Always greeted in lobby and elevators with a smile. Fitness room and restrooms were always clean. My room had an exceptional view and basics for our 5 night stay. Our room was booked for 2 queen beds with a family of 4. Upon check in and ready to settle in after a long day of travel, 1 king bed and a "sofabed" which turned out to be like a pullout futon style bed. This was not enough to accommodate 4 people to sleep for 5 nights. Apparently there was a mistake with the posting and nothing could be done, as everything was fully booked over the holiday week. I was offered a mattress to be brought into our room but declined, due to the reason that the studio was already a tight space with no room. We made our sleeping arrangements work and made the best of our stay, but did not sleep comfortably as inteneded. There has been no response from anyone to resolve this matter.
