Duwayne really stands out for his excellent customer service. Our flight was delayed and we needed a comfortable last minute stay. He truly made sure that we had the upmost comfort. Our room was very clean, and had all the convenient amenities we could have asked for.

Very cool hotel with nice staff. Very close to Bayside. We love the free drinks that came with the cocktail hour as well as the food were very good. They also were so nice to hold our luggage when we return for the cruise will definitely recommend and stay there again.

The room was clean and the size was fine. Good views, kitchen, small balcony and overall setup was good. I wish they had pool towels available all the time and not have to ask for them. And the loading/unloading on the street is not convenient, only one cart, no parking. But the location was good, rooms quiet (not the doors and neighbours though). Kitchen appliances are good to have but controls are a pain lol, really need a manual for them.
