Carpark is horrendous (way to tight)
Hallways and lifts were smelly/dirty.

There was a list of items in the room that was an issue.
Couldnt connect to internet when arrived, no hand soap, one remote batteries were dead, one bathroom had mould in it and the other had air everywhere.
The bathtub switch was stuck in place and couldnt be used.
Soap depenser in shower fell off wall.
On check in had to wait 30 mins after check in time to get into room and staff seem not to know what they are doing.

The location was excellent, very close to the mall and train station and ferry. We had to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight and the service was very good. It was a busy weekend but reception managed to accommodate us. The only thing that could be improved is room service with food being catered ...
