The Texas White House is closed but their website did not mention it so we didn't find out until we got there. The house will be closed for possibly a few years due to extensive water damage.

Great staff, nice amenities, super clean. Only minus was the lack of pool, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Comfortable as a sofa, but not as a bed.

The hotel itself is really nice, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and great views.
Even the valet attendants are friendly and helpful. My only gripe is the cost to valet park.
