「Host was not attentive. Check in process was horrible. The previous tenant walked in on us after we had checked in. They lie about not having access to the apartment after 11 AM obviously. The previous tenant was allowed to stay past his time and they basically told us we would have to check in later. The host did not seem to care. Terrible service.
