「The staff was remarkable. They were always asking if they could do something for us. The only bad thing to say is instant coffee in the morning. They provided us a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this B&B to everyone 」

「A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌」

「If you are interested in the Victory or the Mary Rose it is right across the street. Super great. Parking down the street was easy but prefer not to have to do it. But if you have to remote park, it wasn't a big deal. It was pretty easy.」

「So glad to have discovered this place- off the main roads. The whole experience was great- staff were lovely, dogs were made welcome too! Like stepping into an Agatha Christie movie, beautiful furnishings of an era in history. The grounds were well maintained and we loved the Monet Garden - with deer resting near the pond, all very magical. Definitely worth an annual visit 」

「If The Ivy did hotels this is what they would be like. Beautiful decor, quirky layout and lovely hidden garden. Room felt luxurious and the bed was super comfy. We ate in the garden which was very relaxed, such a pretty setting. The breakfast was superb, eggy brioche with bacon was delicious and the continental selection was very high end. Latte and Americano coffees included which we've noticed that some hotels have started charging for - not good when you are paying a premium for your stay....
