"The staff were patient & extremely helpful. Got held up at the border crossing for hours & hours. Did not get to hotel until 03:00 (3am). Despite my weak Ukrainian, the receptionist helped me find my way in the dark, was pleasant, & had me checked in in a couple of minutes. I was asleep before my head hit the pillow. Thanks again."
