「Great location right in the heart of Lviv! The room was clean and comfortable, and the reception team were nice and friendly. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops around the corner. Would happily stay again!」

「清潔、おしゃれ、広い、朝食も美味しい。ベットもフカフカでハード面では不満な点は見つからない。ホテル前は石畳なのでカバンのコロが引っかかるがこれはヨーロッパなら普通。」

「戦時下でもスタッフさん達みなさん明るく振る舞ってくれました。 空襲警報が鳴っても落ち着かせてくれる優しさがありました。 リヴィウの他のホテルに泊まったことはありませんが、私にとって特別なホテルです。 リヴィウに来る機会があるのなら、もう一度泊まりたいです！」

「中心部に至近で便利よし。食べても飲んでもすぐ歩いて部屋に帰れるのは最高！清潔で設備もきちんと整えられています。朝食も前夜に個人の要望を聞いて準備してくれて最高です。もう何泊かしたかった！」

「観光地の真中にあり、ショピング飲食に便利。朝食にフルーツとスイートがあれば、なお良い。夜間時々通る車の音に慣れるのがやや難」

「遅い時間にホテルに着いてから食事をするためにレセプションで食事の出来る場所を聞いたら、英語がよく分からないのにルームサービスに電話しろと男性スタッフは冷たく言っていた。 勇気を出してルームサービスに電話したら女性のスタッフが言葉の通じない事を察してくれて部屋まで注文を取りに来てくれた。 その後も優しい対応をしてもらい、彼女が天使の様に見えました。」
