「The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. 」

They didn't want to give me the entrance instructions until I paid the hefty cleaning fee --which I couldn't do because I had terrible phone service. 「This was a VRBO. Room was fine. Communication was good. Three complaints. 1. Parking, don’t go there if you have vehicle. It’s very difficult. There was a parking garage I found just .2 miles from spot. The host could not give any address where to park . Just sent me apps. To find on my own. City had many roads closed to construction.
