「ビールのルームサービスを頼んだのですが、二回催促してやっと持ってきてくれました。時間にすると約四十分、人がいなかったのか。二日目も同様頼みましたが、今度は冷えていないビールが届いた。」

「建物は古いものの、駅からは近く設備は揃っていたので、快適に過ごせました。 ルートン空港深夜着でロンドン市内まで行かずにここに泊まりましたが、とても良かったです。」

「Very close to the airport. Free shuttle bus from the airport car park walking by 5 mins from hotel.」

「In general the accommodation was pretty nice and well equipped. Nice kitchen if not a bit small but had everything you would need. Reliable broadband internet and good central heating. The host was pretty good in regards to communication etc. especially when the heating stopped working. Some parts of the accommodation look a little bit run down, it could do with a painting to cover up all the obvious touch ups across the walls. The couch is a bit worn with some stains and a wobbly back rest....
