Check-in will be done on a self-check-in basis. We will provide you with further instructions close to your arrival.
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.

The location allows you to reach by car both the seaside areas of Liguria, and the splendid Cinque Terre, both the cities of cultural interest in Tuscany (Lucca and the marble quarries of Carrara), and the small villages of historical interest such as Castelnuovo, Montemarcello and Luni; furthermore in the hamlet of Luni it is possible to visit the interesting National Archaeological Museum and the archaeological area of Luni, as well as having the opportunity to take splendid bike rides.
