「Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt vollkommen ausreichend und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Man hat alles, was man zum Übernachten und „drinnen wohnen“ für die Zeit braucht. Nach der Reparatur hat auch die Heizung funktioniert. Es sind genügend Zimmer vorhanden, die Fotos entsprechen der Realität – genau das kann man auch erwarten. Die Küche ist passend ausgestattet, Balkone sind vorhanden und nutzbar, Wasser und Dusche haben zuverlässig funktioniert. Luxus oder besondere Extras sollte man hier allerdings...

「We had a wonderful one-night stay at Chalet Heritage. The chalet is beautifully designed, very clean, and the views are absolutely stunning. Everything was well prepared for our arrival and the spa area was a fantastic bonus after a day exploring the region. The location is perfect for visiting Interlaken and the surrounding mountains. Communication with the host was excellent and everything was very smooth. We would definitely love to come back and stay longer next time!」
