「Beautiful and clean room. Great location. Enormously comfortable bed! I truly loved the space. There were just a few things that prevented me from giving a full 5-stars. The shower ran out of hot water. The passageway to the doors of each cabin are elevated like a boardwalk, which looks very quaint but is a bit problematic because you either have to walk around the long way to get to your vehicle, or step off of the boardwalk, which is about a 4-foot drop (for my cabin, anyway), making it a...

「Unfortunately they had some staffing and town water issues when we were there so we couldn't try the restaurant which is why they only got 4 stars. The great view, room size, and amazing location made up for not being able to eat at the restaurant. The room could use some updates and the bed was smaller than we expected, but we would 100% stay there again. Worth paying the extra money to stay in town and would 100% recommend this place to anyone passing through.」

「The cottage was exactly as pictured and a perfect size for the two of us. We thoroughly enjoyed this charming rental and appreciated the prompt communication with the owners. It was easily accessible to downtown shops when we decided to walk. Mahone Bay is a lovely town with several shops nestled next to the water. Highly recommend! A side trip to Peggy's Cove was a highlight!!」

「The rooms are directly above the restaurant. The staff are great. Our room overlooked the restaurant patio and Lunnenburg wharfs. There was chatter and activity until closing. There is no A/C but it cooled off quickly with the windows open. The bathroom fan did not work, nor did the lower receptacles on the bedside. We unplugged the bedside lamps to charge our phones.」

「The rooms were very outdated, cig burns in the blankets. Could not even tell which building the hotel was at first, looks abandoned with broken stairs and electrical wires hanging from the sign. Check in was painfully slow, and we were hit up to sponsor the clerk from India..」

「This property would be excellent for older couples and handicapped people. There's a ramp leading to the cottage and grab bars inside. Very peaceful and such a wonderful couple who owns it.」
