「Terrible customer service, it’s completely impossible to speak with a live person. We had issues with the reservation and couldn’t reach anyone for help and they didn’t respond to any messages. We had to book another hotel after traveling all day. Stay away from this property.」

「The room felt recently updated and clean, there was couple things that made it not perfect (non working bedside lamp and torn shower curtain) but overall for the price it was a good stay and the mini fridge with a fully separate freezer was great!」

「The room was quite good, although the carpet on the floor was a bit stained. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, which was very useful for us. The staff was polite and managed with some difficulty. Breakfast is also included, but we missed it because we left early and breakfast started at 9 am.」

「I hate to give a terrible review, but this is like a trashy place. Nothing like the pictures. I got my key. I looked at the room two drunk guys were arguing the room was disgusting. The bathroom was disgusting. They tried to offer me another room. It was still disgusting. I would not sleep on the bed. My daughter did not feel safe, so we actually went and got another hotel room. Hopefully I get my refund. But take it for me do not go. It’s disgusting.」
