The pictures of the rooms online are very deceiving. It looks like they were from years ago when everything was newer and less used. Shocking to see the actual room after check-in. There is so much potential for this place if they just put a little bit of money into it. The room was spacious and had a lot of amenities (hot plate, full size fridge and freezer, microwave, working tv and good internet that also allowed you to connect to Prime Video and Netflix without hassle and played everything without buffering). However thats the only positives. Everything was dirty. It looked as if the room wasnt cleaned at all. Crumbs on the counters and beds. Random scotch tape all over the walls? The carpets appear to be from 40 years ago and they are so stained everywhere and so run down I didn't want to take my shoes off. I always check the bed and sheets and there were brown stains all over them. I slept on top of the comforter in my clothes without a pillow fearful of what I may catch. Heavy wear and tear on all the doors, furniture and carpets. The bathroom was falling apart. Furniture is extremely outdated - I didnt even attempt to sit on the couch. Fridge was absolutely disgusting inside. I left my food and drinks in shopping bags so they wouldnt touch anything. It wasn't noisy outside or overnight, but the floors and walls between the rooms is poorly insulated and you can hear the people below/beside you move, turn the shower on, turn the tv on, etc.

Room had a door to go between to another room. Kept locked at all times. Felt a bit unsafe and door was in bad condition.
Trim is coming off the wall and all the caulking is gone.
Dirty bed sheets. Don't believe they are changing them between guests or just aren't properly cleaning them.

I stay here every weekend, I have had a great stay overall each time, except once where the experience could have been better but we all know perfection is almost never a 100%. Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff made the experience great each time I visit. Everything felt convenient and welcoming, and it’s definitely a place I would consider coming to, well I already do lol. That said, housekeeping could use some improvement. A bit more attention to cleanliness and detail would elevate the stay from great to truly exceptional.

Dust above the bed hanging from the ceiling, black mold in the caulking (tub). Soap scum in the tub, and hairs that didnt belong to me. Curtains were so thin, the lights were coming through, and partial used rolls of toilet paper to be used if the roll on yhe roller was used up. The door did not meet the door frame, so light was coming in from there. Over all the room was nasty.

We got there they still have the big sign indoor and outdoor pools but they’ve filled in the indoor pool and hot tub to put in a restaurant. It’s March and very cold so obviously the pool isn’t open for the season. We got the family suite we loved that it had a full size refrigerator and microwave and stove… lots of cupboards… but as I was checking to see if it included pot and pans cutlery (no it doesn’t bring your own. The king is actually 2 singles and very firm. The room could’ve been a little cleaner but for the price it wasn’t too bad…. But honestly if we were staying more than the night I probably would’ve gotten my own cleaner to clean the shower the way I like and to know it was actually disinfected. We also love that we could close the door and have adult conversation. Bottom line if you’re looking for a Hilton then this is not the hotel for you. We went for breakfast near the end so the hot food meh… the bagels ect were good as you put them through yourself. And it was included !

Honestly, this was the first time to stay at a Motel. For this location I was very impress by the quality of the room. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast as well. I will be Bach here again in 2 weeks and I already booked again. Thanks

The room was very small and outdated, the breakfast was mediocre with the usuall powdered eggs, sausage, hash browns, one style of bread for toast, one kind on bagel and two choices for cerial, and small coffees from a machine. The room was very noisy because the person above us walked like they had on cement shoes, the toilet ran off and on all night , the window in the room was filthy like it had been cleaned with a floor mop after cleaning the driveway with it. But the place was cheep and they don't charge for parking. I still will not book this place again

Everything was wrong. First room we were goven had used tissues, and a monster can and cigarette butt on floor. I complained and was offered another room, i went in and it hadnt been cleaned from the previous guest, mind u this was after 8pm, and house keeping gone for the day. Then they upgraded us to a family suite, whiched seemd good but then startes noticing mold around the doors, no handles on the sliding doors, and later in the evening when the kids were playing we found mouse poop in the couch and in cupboards, we had no phone in our room and twice went to talk to find someone at the front desk, and there was nobody there and nobody answering the phone they have in the lobby, We had no faceclothes even after requesting some, i asked for housekeeping and they made 1 bed, and vaccuumed the couch and left my other bed which sheets were falling off, unmade. We sufferes theu because what choice did we have by that point. Then i went for water in the middle of the night, only to find a mouse on the counter. Absolutely horrible experience and would NOT recommend to anybody, nor will i ever stay there again. Breakfast was alright
