「The location of this property is very good, we liked. This is our second visit at this hotel.」

「The property is old, rooms very small, cramped, there were significant stains on chairs and squeaky bed. The fire alarm in the first room would go off every 15 minutes or so and scare us. Hard to relax after a long travel day when that happens. We finally had to repack everything and move to a different room. Price was high for the situation.」

「In our room, there were crumbs on desk, a hair tie on chair, no luggage rack, and it looked like a piece of gum stuck to the side of the tv stand; the mattress was comfortable and the sheets were clean. There were black specks and splotches, which could have been mold in the louvers of the air conditioner. When it was turned on it smelled like mildew. 「Stayed at a historic double room. The room was not big (TV is small too), but OK since it was expected just as advertized. Would have loved if there's even a tiny table though. Shower was outside and shared, but the room had a bath tub which was good. Wifi worked smoothly and saved us (no Spring coverage around the area). Breakfast was excellent -- so delicious and nice atomosphere. We loved this excellent historic inn.」

「There are several long term renters. It’s a rough crowd. The lamp by the bed was busted. Water taps switched. Evidence of recent fumigation. It felt like someone had just moved out. I’m fine with less than standard accommodations but I felt like I was likely to be part of a crime scene. My wife warned me not to come home with bedbugs. So, as quickly as I unloaded the car, I packed it back up and hit the road. If you’re on the lam from the law, this might be a fine place to hide out. I just...

「This place was so very nice and accommodating. I usually stay at the nearby Best Western because of the breakfast and pool; however, I wanted something that better suited my budget. This is my new spot!! I only wish there had been a couple of pots, pans and utensils to use the mini-kitchen but other than that, I really enjoyed my brief stay.」

「The room was very clean. We were surprised to find that after the reservation was paid for and we drove to the location that there was a fee per dog, per day. This really increased the price of the stay. Also there was no view of the lake from this cabin.」
