The outside of the hotel and the stairwells left something to be desired. Some of the folks around the hotel looked shady. BUT THE INSIDE OF THE HOTEL AND THE ROOMS ARE EXCELLENT. The room was clean. The amenities in the room, a fridge and hot plate, are great. The room was so nice, my son took pictures. This will be the place I stay whenever I come to Frostburg.

Staff were helpful and very clear with rules and regulations. The rooms are really nice and organized. Parking is free and accessible. The breakfast area isn’t much but then again it isn’t a classy hotel so don’t expect much in that department. Overall the experience being there is great, there isn’t anything really bad I could say. Would 100% stay here again but not long term.

I loved the kitchenette inside the room. The room was relatively clean (although i had to kill a hornet in the bathroom 😭) and staff were quick to help me at the front desk at check in. The property is unique and has rocking swings and multiple picnic tables to sit and enjoy the stream that flows beside the parking lot. Even though it js right off of National Hwy (Route 40), it also has a secluded feeling to it that's nice for relaxing.

Repairs necessary in several areas including the extremely small elevator. Rooms very small, cramped, smallest pillows and very cheap towels. I wouldn’t stay again.

There were soo many stink bugs in the room. I must’ve killed 4 and there was still 10 flying around all night. The microwave was unusable due to the amount of rust inside it. The sheets were stained and I was worried about bugs in the sheets as well. Would not stay again and would not recommend

This place was so very nice and accommodating. I usually stay at the nearby Best Western because of the breakfast and pool; however, I wanted something that better suited my budget. This is my new spot!! I only wish there had been a couple of pots, pans and utensils to use the mini-kitchen but other than that, I really enjoyed my brief stay.

Room was clean however we had to purchase pots and pans to use the cooktop. The bed was hard and uncomfortable but clean. We bought pillows because the provided ones were flat. This could be a great place to stay if the beds and pillows were replaced and the kitchenette had basics in it. The staff were always polite and helpful. Price was great though.

Property is in bad shape. Needs a renovation bad. Stinks from the owners living on 3rd floor and cooking. Room floor is coming apart. HVAC unit leaking water, had to put towels down to keep water from running all over floor. Bathroom/room floor is sticking and dirty. Bathroom- shower full of mold I went and bought bleach to kill and spray the shower walls down…. My mother n law room was on lower level and she had roaches, she complained!
