"Overall, we had a great stay for the week for our first time in Puerto Rico. The host was extremely responsive and very accommodating for the most part. Initial walk through we noticed a lot of dirty aspects - dead bugs & cockroaches in the cabinet with pots & pans, and found some dead roaches actually in the pots, so we cleaned everything before using it. The AC in the main master room was broken when we arrived,but the host was able to send someone the next day to get it turned on, but we could not adjust the settings at all and was told someone would be there to fix it the day we were leaving. The sinks in the master room did not work, only trickled water. The back up battery for the house was not working (which we were informed of before our stay) and was told because of this we could use the acs and fans throughout the day, but then was told we were using too much energy so needed to shut them off. The pool and outdoor pool room with games kept our kids occupied for the whole stay. There were signs in each bathroom that we could not flush toilet paper, so we had to discard used toilet paper in the trash, which we found very unsanitary. The beds were comfortable, but there being no ac in the living room / kitchen made it so our guests hung out in their rooms instead of all hanging out together in the common space just to be comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe at this location.I would give the host herself a 5 rating, but the house I would rate a 3."

"This place is amazing! We were glamping right next to the Puerto Rico Botanic Gardens. The tent was clean with an amazing private bathroom and a very nice bathtub! All the tents have a mini refrigerator, dishes and utensils, a microwave and a front porch. We had a great night listening to all the night creatures, like the coqui. There is a very nice pool. The owner was very helpful and nice. It includes a great breakfast with fresh fruit. There is a dog in the property that is super adorable!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Puerto Rico! The home was comfortable, clean, and a great place for our family during our trip.One thing that really stood out was how informative and communicative our host was, especially with the water crisis happening in Puerto Rico during our stay. She kept us updated about the water situation, explained what to expect, and made sure we knew about the water reserve/cistern and how to conserve water if needed. Her communication gave us peace of mind and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.I really appreciated how honest, responsive, and accommodating she was throughout our stay. Even with everything going on with the water situation, we felt prepared and taken care of.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Thank you for being such a thoughtful and communicative host!"
