"We spent 5 days in this home and had a very pleasant experience with only a few minor issues.The location is fantastic—less than a 10-minute drive to Jackson Gore base. The home was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with a gorgeous lake view. There were plenty of towels, and the fireplace was a cozy spot to relax and watch movies. The kitchen had all the basics needed to cook, including some seasonings, and Vacasa provided a helpful starter kit with a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent.We are big coffee drinkers, so this was important to us. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was not clean and unusable. We contacted Vacasa and they arranged for a replacement, which arrived the next day. We appreciated their responsiveness and follow-through.One small note: there were no general cleaning products or mop wipes available, so we had to pick some up ourselves.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily rent this home again. The property is beautiful and in an ideal location."

"There is no lobby, no one on site, and they don't answer the phone. It took a while to figure out but there was an email buried in my spam folder about how to check in. Good idea I guess but there was a bunch of wandering around a dark property trying to figure out what to do"

You really are paying for the location.Of note the hot tub is not allowed for children which is definitely making it less children friendly. discrepancies including can we use the fireplace or not?? dryer was definitely weaker or older model. Had kitchen supplies and will be there again. Shuttle bus also not going here on one day then the next it would..."

"This is a great hotel for ski in/out. Property has nice amenities but the rooms and common areas are very out dated and needs a refresh. Jackson Gore is great for family skiing and very easy to access the rest of the mountain."

"This house is great, so much space to relax after a day on the hill! The location is prime, close to town and the mountain. Place was clean and everything was as stated. Will be back!"
